VGM is proud to introduce you to one of our four finalists for the 2025 HME Woman Of The Year: Jennifer Jordan, Vice President, Mom & Baby Division, Aeroflow Heath.
Revolutionizing Mom Care
Jennifer was the visionary mind behind the Mom & Baby division of Aeroflow—taking it from a simple idea to one of the major contributors to Aeroflow’s success. This led to the creation of over 1,000 jobs within the HME industry. The Mom & Baby team recognized the need to simplify breast pump access through insurance and created Aeroflow Breastpumps. And the division would later become the #1 provider in the U.S. for breast pumps and other child care essentials through insurance, making a massive impact on the health of millions of mothers and children.
Jennifer is a strong advocate for mothers, families, and improved maternal health policies, actively promoting awareness and the need for policies and structural changes that support working mothers. To expand this support further, Jennifer’s team launched The Pumping Room—a Facebook group that fosters a supportive online community for thousands of mothers, providing a space for connection, encouragement, and guidance.
Industry Leadership
Patient-centered care is at the heart of Jennifer’s leadership, training her team to be experts in their field, serving as trusted resources and advocates for new and expecting mothers by providing support and education. This led to the development of a multitude of educational resources, including online classes, organizational partnerships, and support groups.
Jennifer also actively participates in healthcare industry discussions, advocating for patients and sharing her expertise. By doing so, Jennifer demonstrates her passion and commitment to shaping the future of healthcare and addressing disparities headfirst.
“Jennifer has significantly contributed to the HME industry by growing a major division of Aeroflow Health,” said Joy Payne, Senior Corporate Marketing & Content Specialist for Aeroflow Health. “She transformed access to maternal care resources, advocated for mothers’ needs, and fostered innovation and collaboration within the healthcare community.”
