On January 27, we celebrated 21 individuals and three teams who made up the 2025 VGM Awards finalists. This event was a chance to recognize some of our incredible employee owners who Make A Difference every day and set that bar to its highest point. 

When employee owners think about what it means to “Create Your Future,” they often assume it means pursuing a new role with new responsibilities. However, Creating Your Future at VGM Group can take multiple forms. For many, it’s simply about taking that next big step in developing professionally.

Every year, we publish a year-in-review highlighting the successes and stories of our teams and employee owners here at VGM. We call this the Stories Of Opportunity. I’m happy to announce that the next publication of Stories Of Opportunity will launch on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026.

As a 100% employee-owned company, our employees are our company. Throughout each year, we find opportunities to recognize their achievements and celebrate their wins. It all culminates with our annual VGM Awards.

The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) recently announced that VGM Group now ranks as the 97th largest majority employee-owned company on its 2025 Employee Ownership 100 list. This marks the first time VGM Group has secured a place on the list.

VGM Group is proud to announce two outstanding representatives have been named finalists for the 20th annual Prometheus Awards. Ryan Wood, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), has been nominated for CISO of the Year, while VGM HOMELINK's Provider Portal has been recognized for Outstanding UX/CX Achievement of the Year.
