As a 100% employee-owned company, our employees are our company. Throughout each year, we find opportunities to recognize their achievements and celebrate their wins. It all culminates with our annual VGM Awards.

The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) recently announced that VGM Group now ranks as the 97th largest majority employee-owned company on its 2025 Employee Ownership 100 list. This marks the first time VGM Group has secured a place on the list.

When employee owners think about what it means to “Create Your Future,” they often assume it means pursuing a new role with new responsibilities. However, Creating Your Future at VGM Group can take multiple forms. For many, it’s simply about taking that next big step in developing professionally. 

VGM Group had a big month in September, receiving a handful of accolades.

VGM Group is proud to announce two outstanding representatives have been named finalists for the 20th annual Prometheus Awards. Ryan Wood, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), has been nominated for CISO of the Year, while VGM HOMELINK's Provider Portal has been recognized for Outstanding UX/CX Achievement of the Year.

VGM employee owners have nearly endless opportunities to learn and grow together. Several groups and committees exist to strengthen our culture and employee owners make the most of personal and professional development.

In a ceremony during the Heartland Conference in Waterloo, Iowa, Robin Menchen, CEO of Rotech Healthcare, was awarded the 2025 HME Woman Of The Year.
