VGM Group is excited to once again earn The Best Place for Working Parents® business designation in 2026. This is the fifth year in a row VGM has received this honor, demonstrating the company’s ongoing commitment to offering support for its working parents.

Heather Johnson, VGM Education Training And Compliance Manager and employee owner since 2016, was named Employee Owner Of The Year by the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter of The ESOP Association (TEA). The award was presented at the IA/NE Chapter’s Winter Conference held in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on February 26.

However, Creating Your Future at VGM Group can take multiple forms. For many, it’s simply about taking that next big step in developing professionally.  

On January 27, we celebrated 21 individuals and three teams who made up the 2025 VGM Awards finalists. This event was a chance to recognize some of our incredible employee owners who Make A Difference every day and set that bar to its highest point.

The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) recently announced that VGM Group now ranks as the 97th largest majority employee-owned company on its 2025 Employee Ownership 100 list. This marks the first time VGM Group has secured a place on the list.
