VGM Group is dedicated to Making A Difference in the communities our employee owners call home. For Q2 2026, VGM Group’s Community Giving Committee was proud to support organizations focusing on children and accessibility.

Throughout 2025, VGM enhanced its commitment to safety across the board. From relocating a Fulfillment warehouse to implementing a new incident report system to creating the Director of Safety role, VGM continues to bring employee safety and well-being to the forefront.

In 2025, VGM introduced Total Employee Owner Well-being, an initiative to promote all facets of well-being. It’s one more way VGM and its employee owners aim to make their place of work more than a place to work.

For Q1 2026, VGM’s Community Giving Committee was proud to support organizations that focus on education and literacy.

HOMELINK is one of VGM’s largest business units with nearly 700  employee owners. The work Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) do there requires many touch points and ultimately impacts more than 30 million patients each year. That’s why HOMELINK constantly invests in new and more efficient ways to serve their customers and patients.

VGM Group was recently named Proactive AI Champion at the Cognigy.AI 2026 Awards. These awards recognize companies and teams that utilize groundbreaking and innovative AI technology.
