When employee owners think about what it means to “Create Your Future,” they often assume it means pursuing a new role with new responsibilities. However, Creating Your Future at VGM Group can take multiple forms. For many, it’s simply about taking that next big step in developing professionally. 

VGM Group had a big month in September, receiving a handful of accolades.

VGM Forbin, a division of VGM Group, is excited to announce the launch of two new technology offerings: Salesforce implementation and artificial intelligence (AI) training and agent development. These new services come as a result of a recent merger with VGM Group’s Redstone Content Solutions.

Employee ownership isn’t just one benefit. It’s a multitude of benefits—as varied as the more than 1,600 people who make up the company we call VGM. Here’s what a few of our employee owners in different phases of their careers had to say.

In November 2023, the VGM Child Care Center opened its doors for the first time to employee owners and their young ones. With the constant struggle of securing reliable child care over the last few years, the VGM Child Care Center lifted a weight from the shoulders of dozens of employee owners. 

In 2025, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) filed a Proposed Rule including updates to bring back the Competitive Bidding Program.

In a ceremony during the Heartland Conference in Waterloo, Iowa, Robin Menchen, CEO of Rotech Healthcare, was awarded the 2025 HME Woman Of The Year.
