Make a Difference
One of our Power of One principles, we believe in supporting the communities our employee owners call home. And as a 100% employee-owned company, we have the power to do so. We call our company-wide effort to Make a Difference in our communities, “Be the Change.” From attending and sponsoring local events to contributing to dozens of organizations, each employee owner is part of our efforts to create a positive and lasting impact. And together, we’ve donated more than $1 million over the last 10 years.
Proposal Deadlines
We review donation requests monthly. Please submit your request no later than 60 days prior to your program or function. You will receive an email response in four to six weeks regarding the status of your request. We may request a site visit to meet with you in person and learn more about your organization.
We've Been Honored to Contribute to These Organizations
