Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We want to ensure every person who chooses to work at VGM has equal opportunity to learn, grow, advance, and achieve their goals regardless of gender, race, age, sexual orientation, or form of worship. We’re committed to providing a workplace where everybody feels they belong, where they are welcome to be themselves, and where they are valued as part of the VGM family.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee complements efforts of our business to recruit and retain talent with various backgrounds and perspectives. They work to spread awareness, share education, and help our organization grow more fully into a place where every individual feels a sense of belonging.

Partnering With Inclusion Connection

When we work together, we create endless opportunities. Our partnership with Inclusion Connection is a prime example. Through this partnership, Patrick Mosser found an ideal employer in VGM Fulfillment. And VGM Fulfillment gained a star performer. See Patrick’s story in the video below, winner of a 2022 Video Award from the National Disability Institute.
