For Q4 of 2023, VGM is showing thanks by focusing its community giving efforts on organizations that support veterans and active military. Careers DEI Recognition VGM News Published November 6, 2023 VGM's Evolving Leader Program (ELP) recently held its graduation for the class of 2023. This program was created in 2022 for VGM employees who display a high potential for future or continued success as a leader within VGM. This year, the graduating class of ELP members consisted of 13 outstanding leaders. They are: Careers DEI Employee Ownership Recognition Published November 1, 2023 The VGM Language Learning Program, which launched in June, has 37 dedicated employee owners working toward mastery of either English or Spanish. Everyone in this first group has been making great progress in their goals. But there are 10 employee owners who are really throwing off the bell curve.
