For 40 years, VGM has been supporting the communities our employee owners call home. Each year around Valentine’s Day, we announce our Be The Change Partners for the year. In celebration of VGM’s 40th anniversary, this year’s partnerships hold deep meaning to VGM and its history.

When employee owners think about what it means to “Create Your Future,” they often assume it means pursuing a new role with new responsibilities. However, Creating Your Future at VGM Group can take multiple forms. For many, it’s simply about taking that next big step in developing professionally.  

VGM Group is dedicated to Making A Difference in the communities our employee owners call home. And we love to help support our brave veterans who have served this country. For Q4 2025, VGM was proud to focus our community giving efforts on those who have made sacrifices and put themselves on the front lines.

On January 27, we celebrated 21 individuals and three teams who made up the 2025 VGM Awards finalists. This event was a chance to recognize some of our incredible employee owners who Make A Difference every day and set that bar to its highest point.
