NewsMeet Autumn Kline: 2025 HME Woman Of The Year Finalist

Beginning in 2016, VGM Group has recognized women leaders throughout the HME industry by presenting the HME Woman Of The Year Award. This award recognizes a woman who has made significant contributions throughout her career to her community, company, and to the home medical equipment industry as a whole.

“This award honors women who continually make a difference and exemplify their dedication within the HME industry, no matter the role she plays,” said VGM Group CEO Jeremy Stolz. “It’s a testament to their leadership and their importance within their field.”

Nominations are open to all women, regardless of title or position, who work within the HME industry. And every year, women from across the U.S. are nominated, including providers, manufacturers, executives, and many more professions within HME.

VGM Group received dozens of nominations, highlighting the overwhelming impact women have within the industry. After careful consideration, four finalists were announced:

  • Ginger Walls, Permobil
  • Jennifer Jordan, Aeroflow Health
  • Robin Menchen, Rotech Healthcare
  • Autumn Kline, NuCara Home Medical

In this blog series, we’ll get to know each of our four deserving finalists.

Meet Autumn Kline

Autumn Kline 2025 HME Woman Of The Year Finalist

Autumn first joined NuCara Home Medical in 2007 and currently serves as Director of Sales and Marketing. Her efforts have been central to NuCara’s success over the last several years. What truly stands out about Autumn, though, is her complete dedication to the industry.

“At Forbin, we are always impressed with the way Autumn represents the HME industry,” said Cassi Price, President of VGM Forbin. “She always has new ideas and seeks ways to move both her company and the industry forward. And, she’s easy to collaborate with.”

One of the keys to Autumn’s success has been her patient-focused strategy. She understands that, at the end of the day, if we all focus on serving our patients in the best way possible, we all succeed.

“Not only has she driven NuCara to impressive growth and expansion over the last few years,” Price continued, “she also is always looking for new ways to meet their patients where they are. She sees patients for who they are—individuals, each with their own unique set of needs and goals. She really is an exceptional leader for the HME industry, and she is more than deserving of being named HME Woman Of The Year.”
