As a 100% employee-owned company, we make a point to Cheer Each Other On and celebrate the wins. Throughout each year, we find opportunities to recognize the achievements of our employee owners. It all culminates with our annual VGM Awards.
The VGM Awards offer a chance to honor some of the employee owners who have gone above and beyond to embody our Power Of One Principles. Each year, we recognize finalists in eight categories and announce the winners at a special in-person ceremony.
VGM is an amazing place to work, and it’s all thanks to the efforts and achievements of employee owners. Each of us works hard to ensure our place of work is more than just a place to work.
