As a 100% employee-owned company, we make a point to Cheer Each Other On and celebrate the wins. Throughout each year, we find opportunities to recognize the achievements of our employee owners. It all culminates with our annual VGM Awards.
The VGM Awards offer a chance to honor some of the employee owners who have gone above and beyond to embody our Power Of One Principles. Each year, we recognize finalists in eight categories and announce the winners at a special in-person ceremony.
